This video, and the whole interview, is a fantastic interview with Tracy Shreve. The first thing she says is, “It’s really nice to see people be so open about sharing their feelings and the things they’ve been through.” I also love the fact that she talks about how it was important for her that she get better about how she approaches her mental health.

I’m all for people talking about their personal struggles, but when it comes to mental health and addiction, the media tends to oversimplify. Some writers have already written about mental health and addiction and how it can affect anyone in the world, but I also think that if someone is going through a mental health or addiction crisis, it’s still important to talk about it.
Talking about mental health and addiction in general is always important, but talking about it in a way that doesn’t make the reader feel like they are the only one is even more important. In this case, I think that the best way to talk about it is through a story. A story that focuses on the person experiencing the crisis and how they deal with it. I think that this is partly because I am a huge fan of this type of story.

I find that I learn a lot when I listen to a story rather than just reading about a story. One of my favorite books is the book by Edgar Allan Poe entitled “The Purloined Letter”.
In the story, a young man is forced into a terrible experience where he has to choose between two women. One who is more beautiful to him and one who is more horrible. His decision to choose a more beautiful woman is ultimately a horrible one. After a bad choice, he has to try to kill himself to avoid being able to live out the rest of his life in the horrible world he has been living in. I think that this story is a great example of the power of stories.
