So I’m taking a look at The Three Levels of Self-Awareness.
The Three Levels of Self-Awareness are a system of self-awareness created by Professor Robert Sapolsky that help people learn how to manage their own behavior, thoughts, feelings and thoughts of their own. This is a very effective system of self-awareness because it teaches you to control your own reactions and actions.
The Three Levels of Self-Awareness have become very popular over the years. They were popularized by the author, Dr. Robert Sapolsky, in his book, The Emotional Life of Your Brain. He uses a simple system of behaviors and responses to teach people how to manage their own behavior and reactions. The Three Levels of Self-Awareness help people learn how to manage their own behavior, thoughts, feelings, and thoughts of their own.

The Three Levels of Self-Awareness are: I.
the first level or behavioral level is the most basic. It’s when we know very little or nothing about what we are doing. We have no idea who is doing what to us.
The second level is called the “second self.” Here our behavior is controlled by our first selves. The first selves are our selves in the mirror, so to speak. We know who we are and our first selves are often unaware of it. They are the ones we feel most at home with.
This is the first level of awareness. At this level, we know almost everything about what we are doing. We can see ourselves doing our thing. Then we begin to see the effect of our behavior on those around us. This can be a powerful feeling of pride and accomplishment.
For people with higher self awareness, this is the highest level of awareness that exists. At this level, we are aware of what we are doing. We are aware of what we are doing and the effect that our doing has on those around us.
