I think I’ve read a few of Richard Layard’s books, but this is the best. It’s a very non-judgmental book about a very non-judgmental person. It’s nice to find a book that is just a normal book.
It is a very well thought out and very well written book. It will be very helpful for anyone who is in a place where they dont know what their moods are and how to control them.
