The owner of the original house says that the new value is still too high, but it hasn’t completely dropped out of sight yet.
The owners of the property have decided to sell, but they are still holding out hope for a smaller downpayment so they can get started on renovations and get the property off the market.
litchfield pa is an old neighborhood in Southwest Pennsylvania. When I was in town a few weeks ago I took a quick drive to see how things were going. It’s not too bad but it seems that the developers are only up and running until next summer. The project has still not been able to get funding from the city.
They have still not gotten enough community support to even get started. They are currently asking $15 million for the property, but they can’t get any money. That’s why there is such a large amount of empty land in the neighborhood. The developers are already selling the building for a nice profit, and it’s only a matter of time before they sell it to an investor.
