So you’ve got a real estate office in Cuyahoga Falls. Let’s say that in a month you get an email from your broker saying, “Hey, we’re thinking of selling our office on the northeast corner of Cleveland and High St.” It doesn’t take much to start thinking about it.
This is exactly what happened to one real estate agent I know. He said he wasnt thinking about selling his office, but he felt a strong pull to sell his house. I mean, he was just like, I need to get out of my house and sell this office. Thats it. I mean, its totally normal people that feel this strong pull to sell their office.
I think that the city is already so far behind in housing that it’s pretty easy to imagine that the city is really going to be stuck in a state of foreclosure for a long time. I think the problem with that is that it might actually make the city a lot more affordable as people have to pay for new housing. Thats what I mean about affordability. I dont think that people even have to be able to afford to buy a house.
I think people are selling their office because they feel like they have no other options. It’s like people are choosing to sell their home because they feel like they are better off in a new place with new amenities or they feel like they have no other options.
I think the biggest problem is that people are being sold property because its cheaper. I know from my own experience that it’s easy to get caught up in the idea of buying a house and then feeling like the price is too high. It’s like buying a car then thinking the price is too high because the car is so new.

Chellsea District Court is a pretty well regarded district court home for the entertainment industry. It’s a pretty decent place but not what I’ve recommended it to.
It’s also a nice place to live, so it doesn’t feel like there’s a lot of people at the back. I think it’s probably a better place to live and have a more secure home.
Some of the home’s amenities and features are just plain nice, but the main reason it’s a good place to live is that its a relatively cheap place to live. It doesn’t cost that much compared to other places in the same price range. And it’s in the middle of the country. So if you’re a young professional in New York/New Jersey, Boston or Chicago, or for that matter, any other big city, I would go to chelsea district court.
